A turkey.  It started out on an old 22" roti that I got with a kettle this summer.  Had 3 chickens on it before without a problem, but a 20 lb turkey and the motor didn't want to turn.  Motor is some other brand, don't remember what.  So, I transferred the coals to my 18 WSM & added more.  It will be done very, very late tonight/tomorrow morning.
