Some folks bring plates of cookies to their neighbors and co-workers during the holidays.  I prefer smoked beef short ribs!

Runnin' duels today.
Wifey wanted rice and veggies cooked in the house, she can have that. So I did a half pound burger with jalapeno bacon on a onion bun using the LE and frozen Red Robin steak fries on the Q1200.

Grilling for Buffalo Chicken (Legs). Thought I had Wings in the freezer, but Legs will do. On the 18" Kettle, crisping up nicely, indirect with the SnS -





And they're done and plated -



Wings, legs, doesn't matter. It's all good.

Sliced some ribeyes off a roast and grilled them on the 26" thumbscrew. What they lacked in appearance they made up for in taste. So tasty.

Looks like you fried them perfectly, and thanks for the shout out!
I've found if you like a little more heat on your wings, add a squirt or two of Sriracha sauce to my Original sauce. The sweet and heat pairing is amazing.
