Weekend Bbq bonanza

Saturday was brisket day.  26 er got the cal. I'm really liking the butcher paper wrap.  Foil days are gone for me. 
Today was pork belly burnt ends.   
Used Troy's video as a guide.  Used the 18.5 WSM.   
Good stuff.

That looks great! Good choice in using butchers paper and making burnt ends. I may do the same with pork belly I picked up today.
