Typical Tuesday Dinner

But only when our daughter visits from Ann Arbor...

Chicken, corn, asparagus, avocado and bread for sandwiches done on the Genesis.

Steak from sous vide and seared in CI skillet on the BBQ station side burner.

A little oil or butter on the avocado slices and the bread crumbs stick good. I try not to disturb them while they "bake" on the grill.

They're easy and the family likes them.
