Had a chick roast in the freezer for a couple months so I decided its time to cook it up.
Used some old school onion soup mix
Into the spice grinder with a couple dried porcini mushrooms
Mixed in some turbinado sugar, chili powder, pepper, cumin, cayenne, and paprika.
All rubbed down
Fired up Wee Man with some KB and a couple pecan chunks
And we're off and running
