I like to slice them in 1/4” slices, drizzle some oil and S&P, then, keeping the slices in order, wrap them in foil and cook indirect for about 30 minutes. They’re my favorite!(Focus on the taters in the pics, not the steak lol)Sent from my iPhone using Weber Kettle Club

I always forget about the basement.Would it be possible to cook ribs in a rack in the basement? Or other items you want to bake /smoke?
