Quick Monday ribs. Delicious
« on: March 05, 2018, 05:10:36 PM »
Cooked an hour at 350 on the 26 then one hour wrapped at around 400. Preheated the weber gas grill for 10 minutes and sauced with a homemade sauce and cooked each side for a couple minutes. These were exceptional.

Yes. 2 hours plus 5-10 minutes after sauced.

That hot n fast method is a real winner. So glad I finally tried that.
Your sauce gives a great color man. Very nice. [emoji106]

Thanks. I make small batches I use up in one shot.  This was equal parts ketchup, cider vinegar, brown sugar and small amounts of mustard, worstchrshire , hot sauce, and Tony’s.
