Quick Monday ribs. Delicious

Cooked an hour at 350 on the 26 then one hour wrapped at around 400. Preheated the weber gas grill for 10 minutes and sauced with a homemade sauce and cooked each side for a couple minutes. These were exceptional.

Thanks. I make small batches I use up in one shot.  This was equal parts ketchup, cider vinegar, brown sugar and small amounts of mustard, worstchrshire , hot sauce, and Tony's.
