I would not say so. I use my 18 WSM and the best I can fit on it is a 10 lbs packer. You could separate the point and the flat and then it would probably fit.

Agreed; on a kettle you can't use the entire diameter like you can on a WSM of the same "size."
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Coffee can, metal bowl, or even a big log of aluminum foil works. If you make a hump in the middle of the grate you can get a bigger one on there and tuck the ends under the handles. I just finished a 10lb brisket a few minutes ago. It fit just fine without any special measures.
