looks awesome.  Is that cast iron cornstick pan something new or is it vintage?    I finally found a nice old griswold cornstick pan and got too greedy...seller had it listed for $10 and I stupidly offered half.  Seller responded later that someone else gladly paid her the $10!
Not sure it was my dad's and he wasn't using it... so I talked him out of it. I want another for sure. If I had to guess I'd say it's a newer mold

Its amazing how quickly one weber kettle turns into more than a dozen!  Always open to grabbing something interesting so let me know what you've got!

That looks fantastic! I've got to try doing a chili on the Kettle like this. Corn bread looks good to. What kind of cast iron pot is that? Lodge?

I am taking a crack at this today. Except I am using leftover brisket and bacon for my proteins and a couple of ipa for the beer.
Tastes and smells amazing so far. Thank you Chef.

When I made this I kept the peppers separate from the tomatoes when I blended them. I only added about half the peppers. The other half I put in a baggy and froze for my next batch. It still had plenty of flavor and the heat was low enough that the kids could eat it also.
