ATB's on the fade
Vortex wings on the performer
Rotisserie wings on the red head

Not a lot of picks, but you gotta love days when you can use multiple kettles. Also, first time doing ATB's...don't know what took me so long, they're fricken' fantastic!

Also, first successful run with the rotisserie basket and wings, those came out fantastic, super crispy skin

Thanks man!
I was actually looking at a discussion/thread where you and Mike were talking about putting brown sugar in the cream cheese mix, so I did that and some Colby jack. Then sprinkled some rub over the bacon, wanted to keep it simple for the first try.
These will become a regular thing around here, so I'm open to any ideas!

Looking at the picture on my phone, those look like the worlds largest ABT's! Out of the two  different style wings, which one did you prefer? Nice cook!

@wnc that brown sugar really makes a difference to me. I've started using frozen fruit chunks in there too. There was a thread from @Idahawk and @crowderjd about that. It really compliments them well. I made the boys at work a shit load and they request them often now. In fact, I've got a bunch to make tomorrow for them.
Great lookin cookup, bud!

Wow. Looks great. It doesn't look like you used much coal on the wings. Is that all they took?

The rotisserie ones...
Love the vortex, but the rotisserie ones had an even better crispiness

I used a full chimney and split it between two baskets pulled to the sides. Then I just put the little bit you see between the baskets to help with crispiness and to burn up some of the dripping fat
