First cook on the Copper SSP

Boneless skinless chicken thighs, Brussels sprouts, pineapple. The chicken is sprinkled with Willingham's rub, then glazed with KC Masterpiece Caribbean Jerk marinade when near done. Sprouts have EVOO, garlic, S&P. Pineapple is just pineapple.

And sacrificed one pineapple to the smoke gods.

Doesn't food just taste better when cooked on a Copper SSP?   :)

Great looking grill.....

It's no Bisbee, but I like it!

Tonight is meatloaf and ABT's.

You got it brother! And I like how you sliced the meatloaf then gave it a sear. Yum!
So, what are your thoughts, next moves?
