Burger ThrowDown - Wild Boar Burgers on the MasterTouch

Decided to try some wild boar burgers.



Pattied up with some Weber Steak seasoning.



Grilled them on my trusty black MasterTouch and served with some Amish Potato salad



Overall these were really good burgers, but not my favorite of all I have made. Sorry no action shots as I had a million other things going on when these were cooking. More cooks to follow..

The came from a huge grocery store in Cincy...Jungle Jim's.

And yes, they got quite big..not sure why as I had not seen that before..
