Burger Throwdown - Caesar burgers

Caesar burgers! We make theses a only a couple times a summer but we always look forward to them. I usually use ciabatta buns but they were sold out so I improvised with a ciabatta loaf which is coated with olive oil and garlic then toasted. The burger is made with Italian seasonings topped with shredded parmesan, romano and asiago cheeses. Just as they start to melt the burger is pulled and covered with crispy cold romaine and Caesar dressing. Served with a side of grilled romaine.

We had a great Memorial Day with lots of cooks, hope you all did too.
