It started with onion, carrot, two chicken breast and two New York steaks
Man I just love the char-broil cast iron grill to cook with, but the steaks should have been pulled off about 3 minutes sooner.
The overall cook time for the chicken was about 15 minutes (with some in-direct) and the steaks cooked about 10 minutes.
This was a first for me to grill a carrot it was not too bad, I would have them again.

Yes it does a good job on putting on grill marks. Yes those are craftsman tongs I have had for many years.
I will try to get some shoots of Taco's tonight @Alfonso
