Ribeye's On A Sweet Summer Night
« on: June 16, 2015, 05:35:10 PM »
Picked up a couple bone-in rib eye's, put a thin layer of grape seed oil, some Dizzy Pig Cow Lick rub and about 45 minutes at room temp on a grate. I used lump charcoal and Dolly.

Sorry there are not more pictures of actual food. Got going late and this cook went fast. These were thick steaks but I had quite a bit of lump going.

Couple good looking hunks of beef there! What's the charcoal layout for this one? Looks like there are some coals right underneath.
Still need a 22” yellow

I had a few coals underneath right there but a thick pile on the opposite side where I grilled the steaks before moving at the very end.

Dolly's got that tell-tale orange glow of a hot fire in her.  Nice cook up!
