First Time Using My Maverick Roti Thermo

I had 2 small pork loins injected with Radich-bor-o-lay marinade.
Set the Maverick at 130 degrees. Double checked the IT with the Thermapen @ 135.
As the alarm went off my neighbor heard the alarm as to why need this gadget. I told him I don't have to worry about over cooking the meat. Overall the Maverick is another tool to have and it was on sale at Amazon for under $40.
