That was a good video, thanks for posting.

Idea #11 - dust it with "Green Chilie Magic" from @jamesnomore   Yum!

Thanks @Winz  I agree :)

I'll add #12 - dust with @Harbormaster beef rub which I did on some NY Steaks this past weekend. Delicous! I can't wait to get it on a brisket...

I have been making that rub for years and have never tried it on a steak. Good idea. I saved some for myself and will try it next time I cook steaks.

I can't wait to hear what you think of it on brisket.

Fantastic video. Got me some new recipes to try now. The steaks in the video were too thin, if I may add.

I have no idea about what he thinks is an 'English Pub'  seasoning

Some interesting rubs, and seasoning there, BUT WHY WOULD YOU PUT ANYTHING ON A RIB EYE!

Great video, artfully done and all the steaks looked awesome. No flame grilling though, unfortunate. I'm wondering though, does cooking a steak in a skillet like that allow the rub flavoring to be more intense?

Here's another one I came up with on my own. It took me years to develop. Wait for it... I put kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper on the steak. You can all try that one and thank me later.

Seriously though, I really wouldn't mind trying any of those steaks, especially that Kung Pao! But I'm amazed at just how good a quality salt and freshly ground or cracked pepper can make meat taste.

On that video, I was actually salivating when that guy was rubbing those steaks. Get in my belly!
