Thanks everyone! The girlfriend got me everything I wanted. It is funny I pretty much knew everything I was getting but the pizza peel. We went to target a week or so ago and I started grabbing things that were on clearance and she was all "do you really need that or that or that" so in a way I kinda ruined the surprise. But nonetheless I got a bunch of good stuff. I can't wait to use the pizza peel and the cast iron skillet. I am doing pulled pork and baby back ribs this weekend for my party so maybe some where during that cook on Saturday I can fire up another kettle and make lunch.
