OMG!!! is all I can say about charcoal. I can't believe the difference. I'm NEVER going back to gas!!! Thank you guys for all the advice and knowledge. I was too excited to taste the roast I forgot to take pics. WOW what a difference!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't get over it!! I have made several  of these roast before and thought they were good.... Wow was I wrong... Not a chard spot on this piece of meat. Bye Bye gas!!!!!

I understand that feeling as well. I don't use propane to grill on very often anymore. I think I've fired up my gasser once this summer just to give it a work out lol. I'm thinking hard about selling it off for the space on the deck.
