Purchased a Kettle, not a Weber...**Update**
« on: August 22, 2013, 09:57:21 AM »
Well I'll be picking this up next week. I had seen a few in the last year, since starting to collect. They look intriguing, but not a Weber.
Best pictures I had seen of one, and the price was very manageable. The bad, most parts are NLA. That doesn't bother me.
All checks and I think parts will swop over to the Kettles. CI grate may need a modification. But what caught my eye was the large CI griddle
on the cart. Confirmed it is CI, crossing my fingers that it will fit the Weber Kettle. I can see a future Rat Rod Performer of some sorts.. :o

I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

Not a bad looking grill. Love the CI grate/griddle and SS table.  Would love to have a full-size griddle like that!  Wonder if you can turn it into a One-Touch Performer...

I look in the bottom and there is another grate in that large griddle. Could be the one.

I picked it up tonight. I know your all wondering why...It was because I was outside the box. Table I am sure will fit a Kettle, but is what came with it that I was hoping about and they fit.
Pic's to show a quick fit in the Red S/S.

This is the real reason, it will need a seasoning. I am happy it fit.
