Hello! Nice to join. Been grilling since I was in high school, but I got really into grilling and smoking during the pandemic. I now own a performer, two Smokey Joes, two 18” WSMs, a 14” WSM, and I just picked up a beat up 2006 kettle to have a permanent rotisserie/pizza oven hub. I’m a graphic designer by day, and enjoy being outside as much as I can. I post a lot of stories and pics of my grilling adventures and good local beer on my IG, if anyone else is on there too.
