Beautiful grill - love that shade of green.
Beaux did a great job of supervising the project!

So I took my new 5lb propane tank to Costco to fill it and they said it has a bad valve and can't be filled.  Anyone ever have this issue?

Yes. They just don't want to fill it.

I get my propane from the VFW.  Nice guys, and they are really charcoal dudes (ones that I deal with), so if you explain what it's for they'll go out of their way to help you out.

Actually I took the tank to two different places and they tried and tried and could not fill it. Both places told me that it had a faulty OFD.  So I took the tank back to Ace Hardware and got another one and it filled up just fine on the first try at Costco. $3.55 to fill it lol.

Did they exchange the 5 gallon tank?
