First Cook on Weber Performer with Vortex

Hey all!  Completed first cook on new to me Performer using the vortex!  I am new to the Weber and first time using the vortex as well.  Watched plenty of vids preparing and it all worked out wonderful! Man I love this grill!!!!  Made some Honey Hot Ginger glazed chicken thighs!  They turned out awesome!

I commend you on your first Kettle cook, That chicken looks perfect,  it is no wonder it is called the best charcoal grill for beginners and i have had one for about 20 years and I am still learning new things, mostly how to cook new recipes. Like the one you just did sounds very tasty. You should post it.
