Steak crostinis
« on: December 05, 2022, 06:58:32 AM »
I made these for a party. I brought them inside the house and I went outside to grab a beer and say hi to the people outside and they were all gone in five minutes. I didn’t get to try one lol.

I sliced and grilled the French bread with olive oil and some garlic salt then grilled a couple filets and slices thin and topped with st Elmo horseradish sauce and balsamic glaze and some parsley.

They look great. No wonder you didn't get one. You should have taken one with you to get the beer.

There’s one person standing in the corner with a guilty look on their face and balsalmic glaze on their chin.
