Sausage and pepper sandwich

Found this on the Chudds bbq YouTube channel.   Tried it out tonight with my own homemade hot Italian sausage.  Very good!

Garlic cheese bread with a spare roll.  The foil just held the sammiches together. 
The roll was little too big but made for a good way to add more peppers, onions and cheese.  I painted some Marinara on the bottom of the open roll.  Big time flavor!
