I’m really impressed with the amount of Mod and restoration content.
I have a Weber One Touch Platinum that I’ve had for 7 or 8 years that I snagged off Craigslist for $75.
At the time all I knew is that it was a Weber kettle. Since I’ve owned it I have learned low and slow cooking which I enjoy most. Recently I’ve added SNS Slow and Sear Deluxe and their stainless drip pan with rack.
I also enjoy cooking on my Yoder YS640 pellet.
I am in the process of light restoration and upgrades to the Platinum which is how I found weberkettleclub.
