Sausage Rolls

BBQ Pit Boys put out a video today with these…they looked so good, I had to try to do them. Mine didn’t turn out as pretty. I didn’t use a pizza oven. Did the first stretch on my smoke fire, then monsoon forced me to finish in the oven, but they turned out excellent. Highly recommend.
