Put a nice brisket on at 7:30pm last night. Just took a peak and looking to need just another hour or two. Then into a cooler for a rest until dinner

Looks pretty darn good to me, even if you had to spice it up with chipotle pepper.

Cheers

Tri tip and grilled potatoes. Turned out excellent, on my Summit Charcoal.

No pics, I had all sorts of stuff going on at the same time and got it all handled by some miracle!

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Combo fathers day and church fellowship lunch buffet. I did not get any cook shots as I was busy before church but I did 48 of these grill chicken with and little chaynne kick. And no left overs.

I had a pork loin on my 98 black 18 inch freebie my son cooked hot dogs on the 2000 Smokey joe and I did a rotisserie chicken on this bad boy!! I known it’s not a kettle but it’s cool ! Guy said his wife’s grandfather had it died in 1980 it sat unused til I bought it off him two weeks ago !  Original rotisserie like new.
