Frys had ribeye roasts on sale at 5.77 per lbs. my son bought some Sunday…decided to cook them up last night. These where choice grade. Cut bones out, and sliced into steaks. They where excellent. Juicy full of flavor. Used Kinders the blend seasoning. Added a small pad of butter to each. No sauce needed.

Butter? Absolutely! We visited a steak house recently, and ordered their rib-eye. The butter had completely melted when the steaks were brought to our table, but the flavor was to-die-for!
Now, I always add a pat of salted butter to our steaks.
