Hello WKC!
I got rid of my gas burner during the strange chapter of recent world events. Many of us were at home a bit more and I took interest in making better food at home. I was amazed to find out how great the food tastes on charcoal and have since gone down the rabbit hole of grilling, smoking and baking on the kettle. I fire up the weber or kamado, hope thats okay
3-5x per week and am always trying to improve on the last cook.
Looking forward to learning/sharing ideas, recipes and some fun pictures.
