Got the grill nice and hot and then had a 10 minute thunderstorm roll in, had to let the grill heat back up. No plated pics because we were hungry once the pie was ready, added prosciutto than back in for a minute, removed and topped with arugula and served

Now that’s a really impressive cook on an impressive ranch!
Shame on you for no closer pics of the pie…lol. Been there and done that. Just ate it…forget those dumb pictures.

Picked it up about 5 years ago, it was a gift from weber to royal oak charcoal, I got it from one of the family members who was selling it
