This is my pair for the deck. The SS was a ground up build, finished with Brian's Walnut handles. All new except the frame of course. The MT was purchased this spring. Happy wife happy life, this is why I have these two. Wife said it had to compliment the outdoor living room... :)

Nice. How do you like the sear grate?

Well... Meal was great, but the neighbors dropped by. Baked potatoes turned out, but the fire was low...
I had to add. Did the middle with two holders, did not have enough heat for the good sear. But the pork tenderloins with Dijon Bernaise, Mmmmmm was it good!

I'm finding that I don't use the separate holders as much as the ring I tossed together.  With having 2 grills on the deck (I do also) they're set up with one the center ring and the other having the separate holders.  I gotta get the gourmet system as that will work perfectly with the center ring.  Wife says I'm hard to shop for and I have an early Aug Bday coming up, so guess what's on my list?  lol

I've always had gas...  And now a bunch of kettles because of this place.  Thanks!

I need to go and some of that cold rolled 3-1/2, that would make the difference. Make it the same
size as the sear grate.
