We're Playing Your Song In Tennessee

In recent years I have mostly grilled steaks and pork on a gas infra-red grill. Now that I'm retired I'd like to get back to my charcoal roots and expand my culinary skills on my new Weber Performer Deluxe. I finished assembling it today.

I'm looking forward to learning from everyone here and hopefully being able to contribute one day.
