Thanks for letting me join! Been more of a low and slow smoker but did occasional grilling on my Weber Smokey Mountain. Finally decided to get a kettle as I always wanted one. Today I picked up a Performer 22” with the folding table. Now the hunt to answer a few questions, find some cool accessories and of course learn some tips and trick!
