Spatchcocked and leg quarters

We did a spatchcocked chicken, somehow one leg got jiggy. A few corn too.

I haven’t tried it yet. My wife said the leg quarters where bland, but she’s always cranky...I took the rest to a friend and they said it was extraordinary.
