Well, once I break out the grill I just want to keep cooking. Tonight's dish were some good old fashioned cheese burgers. I used some indirect heat, and a drip pan full of water to keep them from drying out. Added a few wood chips for flavor, and BOOM! We also had more corn on the cob, and I cooked some asparagus as well on the smaller kettle. #weberkettle #weberkettle26
