Weber Swag Bag (wheeled weber bag of some sort)
« on: March 24, 2019, 01:53:39 PM »
I picked this Weber bag and was curious if anyone has seen one before or has any info on these.  Not quite a duffle bag, but pretty large.  Has two handles running end to end that are long enough to put over your shoulder.  Also has handles on both ends.  Has wheels on one end of the bottom & some plastic sort of wear rails on the bottom to keep the fabric on the bottom from wearing out.  Seems built well, is in good shape & fairly large.  I was looking for something around this size, but will probably uses something else so as not to mess this one up.

Wasn't up very long before I contacted & it sounded like he had maybe one other person who contacted him afterwards (I figured another person on here).

He said his dad had the bag, but had no idea how he got it & guessed it was a promotional thing that maybe came when he bought a grill.  I was guessing employee or contest winner.

The pics are from the listing (not from the one room I'm allowed to have messy at my house).

Thought I'd post in the thread in case anyone knows anything about these.

regards,
Hal

I'm pretty sure it's for carrying a Q, if I recall correctly.

To me, the bag seems kind of big for a Q.  I'll have to stop by one of the stores to take a closer look at one, maybe they are bigger than I think.

Hal

I remember seeing one at Home Depot several years ago.

I have one for our Q 220.
Works like a charm.
220 is a lot heavier than you think
and this bag makes it much easier to transport.
Has plenty of extra room for spare fuel, etc.

Thank you @Dale Benson, @Rub, @LiquidOcelot & @YardBurner for the great info.

I agree with @LiquidOcelot.  Thought the same thing when I saw the listing.
