Spares or Baby Backs?

Thanks for all the great comments, guys!  Used to be an old black fella I worked with years ago that was known far and wide for his spares.  People would buy his homemade sauce by the quart.  His opinion was that anyone could do a decent job on BBs but there was an art to doing spares right and there was so much more flavor because of the extra fat that he preferred them.
