Dinner Tonight First Cook in 3 Weeks

We've been out of town and I finally got to grill a simple dinner.  Fajitas.  Also, I cut the bottom off a stainless bowl that was headed for the dumpster, due to its rubberized coating having melted in the dishwasher, to use as a vortex because I just couldn't believe it could live up to all the hype.  Boy was I wrong.  It's life changing.  I've used my bowl a couple of times now and ordered a vortex today.

I love cooking all the fajita stuff on the grill, yours looks grate, I like the vortex as well
