Dusted with Oakridge sweet rib rub.
Smoker at around 225F.
Pecan & apple wood.
Drizzled with maple syrup 1 hour in.
Flipped & drizzled again at 1.5 hours.
Pulled at 167F internal after 2 hours.

Will definitely do again.
