tried out Killer Hogs Hot on these chops.  Good stuff.

Wings and ribs, ribs are cheat though, they were done on the drum, ribs look like coal, but they were great, it was really good and tender bark

Unpacked it. Threw it on with high heat. Add salt. Wait. Flip. Wait. Flip .....

Reviews coming in just now. It's amazing. Best chicken ever.

Getting ready for this years 4H pork from the County Fair, I pulled out this pork loin roast that was in the freezer from last years pig.  It was the equivalent of 5 pork chops in a roast. Spun on the rotisserie and came out fantastic.

Threw a few salmon fillets on the Weber Genesis.  Brushed the salmon with a little maple sugar, then a rub of cracked pepper seasoning (I get mine from Wegmans), and brown sugar.  Each goes on a sheet of very thin cedar plank and on the grill for 8-10 minutes for a very moist and tasty dish.

First time breakfast treat........

Jimmy Dean mild.
Dusted with Oakridge sweet rib rub.
Smoker at around 225F.
Pecan & apple wood.
Drizzled with maple syrup 1 hour in.
Flipped & drizzled again at 1.5 hours.
Pulled at 167F internal after 2 hours.

Will definitely do again.
