New in Vero Beach FL
« on: July 24, 2018, 04:51:39 AM »
If I weren't so compute illiterate, I would have found this site sooner. My father-in-law gave me my first Weber as a house warming gift after the wife and I got married in 1982. Since then, I have managed to burn up four, cooking year round. Currently, I have a 22 Platinum and a Smokey Joe.
I cook a wide variety of items, three to five times a week, using the 22 for meat and the SJ for veggies. At least two of those times the item of choice is fish.
Looking forward to learning a lot from this forum and occasionally throwing in my $.02 worth.

Howdy Don.  Welcome to the WKC from Eugene, Oregon.  Oregon-to-Florida is quite a stretch, but the common bond is year-round charcoal cooking :)
