My little girl requested some bbq ribs for her bday supper. Lol any excuse to fire up the ol Weber works for me. Got 5 racks to stuff in there tomorrow.

The ability to fit 5 racks has told me that I don’t need a larger Weber. But, that hasn’t lessened my desire for one. Lol

I would love a 26r but haven't seen one in the wild yet. I may have to break down and buy one brand new. I've been thinking about a UDS but like the efficiency of the slow n sear in a kettle.
