Did a couple of whole smoke-roasted chickens today. One with BBQ rub (Kinders brown sugar rub) and one with Simon & Garfunkel. Did them 325-350 on the SnS with a few chunks of apple, for about 2 hours. Some rusted root veggies in the oven and grilled Napa cabbage with a Chinese mustard, honey, and pan drippings sauce. Delicious!
