Cooking up a 2lb brisket flat. Weber Coffee rub spread liberally. Weber and KB/Apple snake with sugar walnut and pecan wood. On the ‘79 big wheel Seville with Cajun Bandit stacker.

Pulled the foiled brisket when IT was 185. Rested for about 1/2 hour before I unwrapped and sliced.  Result was tasty, tender goodness....
