Quick weeknight dinner....

Dug a ribeye out of the freezer, rubbed it with Carne Crosta and tossed on the grill with a foil pack of broccoli.

On the grill...

All sliced up...


My plate...


The steak was a bit more done than my liking but perfect for my wife.
