Those look amazing! What rotisserie set up are you using?
Finally found time to put some chickens on the rotisserie and take them for a spin. With the wife and kids all sick over the past 4 days, it’s been a rough weekend. They are all better now and it was a nice mild day to fire up the kettle. The meat was excellent and subsequently broken down into large pieces (breasts, legs, wings, etc.), some smaller pieces for soup/salad, and a bag bones for an upcoming broth.Cheers everyone!Sent from my iPhone using Weber Kettle Club mobile app
