Weber Summit Charcoal Grill Cookbook on my doorstep....
« on: December 21, 2017, 01:52:04 PM »
Dang...  I was busy working on a low and slow pork shoulder on the SCGC when the doorbell rang. Not ding dong ditch by the neighborhood kids but brown santa. I got n unexpectedly free Weber Summit Charcoal Cookbook. Did anyone else get one? Christmas gift or does ownership have its privileges and everyone gets a copy?

That book is the bomb. I was thumbing through it out in the yard while watching my cook. Its the dang Kama Sutra guide for your SC/SCGC. Did not expect this book. Very cool!  Not my first Weber book either.

yeah, that was a cool bonus to purchasing a $2000 grill.  :)

Indeed. I did not register my Summit in the traditional way so that probably explains why i did not expect the book. I registered my Summit by telling the Weber support person that I returned my WSM to the store and bought a Summit instead and gave them the serial number in email. It was during a WSM support call/issue.
