GA peaches on my Glen Blue

Maybe an unusual first cook on a kettle but it just felt right. I bought a half bushel of north GA peaches when I was there last weekend and they've been awesome. I had some that were just begging to be grilled today.
When they were almost done I added a tsp of sugary-cinnamon-buttery mix on top to melt down. Then I served them with a couple of scoops of nice vanilla ice cream. The warm soft peaches and the cool creamy ice cream is heaven on Earth. No chance at all for a plated up picture, they were devoured. Great dessert from the grill.

I have done peaches on the grill as dessert. They were awesome. For a grill you don't see every day.. why not grill something up you don't grill everyday?

Thanks guys! For those who have not grilled peaches, give it a try. You won't be sorry. Tip: clean your grill of any meat or fat remnants first. They don't go well with peaches and ice cream.
